The Egyptian Navy Shipyard is located in  Ras-El-Tin , Alexandria (Egypt).   
It has 8 repairing piers with a length of 150m, a depth of 8.5m each, and equipped with the following services :  
-Electric currents :-220 v/50 hz. 
-380 v/50 hz.-440 v/60 hz.- 220 vdc 
Compressed air  (Fresh water - Steam )

The Egyptian Navy shipyard is able to conduct many types of ship repairs for the military and civilian ships according to military standard in the following fields :
1- Hull,,welding heat exchanger , insulation materials, boilers
2- Electrical repairs (motors, cables, refrigiration and air conditioning units)
3- Mechanical repairs (pumps, propeller shafts, steering systems, steam turbines)
4- Artillary repairs
5- Under water hull repairs during docking
6- Docking specifications: max displacement = 5000 ton
-max length = 140 m - max width = 19 m -  max depth = 8.5 m  
The Egyptian Navy shipyard is equipped with modern equipment such as :-
a- Static-dynamic balancing machine (up to 11.5 ton)
b- Vibration analysis
c- Calibration for gauges, measuring tools
d- All kinds of NDTS - All kinds of electroplating works
